Free UK postage on orders over £75
UK standard delivery (two working days): £2-£4
Free Worldwide postage on orders over £150
Standard shipping, flat rate: £8 - £16.50 depending on location.

When will my order be shipped?
All UK orders over will be shipped using Royal Mail tracked service. We process and dispatch all UK orders within 1-2 business days of receipt (this does not include weekends or public holidays). Royal Mail will then deliver your goods within 1-3 business days of dispatch.
UK customers can opt for 1st class delivery (next day). Orders placed before 11.30am on weekdays will be sent out that day and will arrive with customers the day after providing there are no delays on Royal Mail's behalf. Orders placed after 11.30am will be sent out the morning after and orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday morning.
European & Rest of the world parcels are also sent via DPD or Royal Mail depending on your location. DPD orders will take 2-5 working days from receipt. Royal Mail will take 5-14 working days from receipt.
If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe, then please message us using the contact form.
All items can be returned and issued with a refund, provided they arrive at our address within 14 days of receipt, 21 days for international orders. Items sent back after that period will not be eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to sender. Please note we can only refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs. *Returned items that have been subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.
All items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. We will also need the invoice to process the refund. Any goods returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender. Items are now sent with swing tags, if they are removed then the refund will be void.
Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
